Para melhor aproveitamento vincule seus dados (Nome e CPF, Passaporte ou RNE) ao cartão.
No ato da primeira carga o sistema retém R$ 5,00 como forma de caução (como garantia do custo de plástico e chip), ao final do evento troque o cartão por uma água ou refrigerante.
Fique atento ao seu consumo, os créditos poderão ser utilizados até o último dia do evento, após este período você pode solicitar o reembolso do saldo pelo prazo de 30 dias.
Em caso de perda, dirija-se até o caixa mais próximo e peça o bloqueio imediato, basta apresentar documento original com foto. O saldo, se houver, será transferido para um outro cartão com a retensão de uma nova taxa caução de R$ 5,00.
Todo o saldo de carga fica vinculado ao documento cadastrado e será devolvido posteriormente através do preenchimento do formulário ABAIXO.
